What makes our product templates so unique is the fact that each time a client updates their work and where they have networked with someone else, an automatic notification goes out informing them that there is something made available for them to know or read. This gives you an amazing opportunity to interact and build deeper connections, values and reflections about how you want others to learn from you, no matter where they are around the World.

My Template Builder:
Each time you build upon any of your product templates or share some of your interactions with others or when someone else sends things to you, your unique online product automatically records it all to build a remarkable expose that is all about - you.

My Online Emergency Call Centre
Our world wide 24 hour Message Centre forms an integral part of our website operation, geared to support all our members with access to immediate quality processes designed to increase our ability to offer quality, accuracy and consistent operating report services. The emphasis is on client service and business retention, achieved through quick intervention turnaround times. Our emergenct support service is available for EMERGENCIES ONLY (death). If something ever hapens to one of our clients, we need to be notified so that we can manage instructions given to us on their behalf.

My Storage
All the information within your product is stored in the form of electronic documents. Now, the most current form of each document can be immediately accessed, revised, ordered, reproduced, distributed, and archived if anything ever happened to your physical copy.

My Electronic Storage
The founder of the each of our products (Andrew McDonald) has established an electronic link between your work and the “World Inspirational Centre” (WIC). The centre was established as a non-profit storage archive and will showcase your life story (under secured passwords) to your family and close friends (if that's what you instruct us to do).

My Administrative Process
Your Administrative Processes Benefits – As your administrator, we (Whenigo) have set-up system controls that immediately download some of your most urgent instructions you have left for others to listen to. The person or organisation attending to your emergency should contact us via the emergency links available on our sites (so remember to tell people about it) and inform our Call Centre about any critical event. This email is recorded and the senders details are taken down for future possible use. The Call Centre and Whenigo Administrators are electronically linked with your work. The event is flagged and a dedicated assistant is assigned to your case.

We offer a full technical team who are dedicated to manage all technical issues that arise from the use of our products.
